Travis joined the Aldrich Lab in the summer of 2016 as a postdoctoral research associate. Travis completed his . in organic chemistry from Northern Illinois University in the Spring of 2016 and received his BA in chemistry from Knox College in the Spring of 2011. As a postdoctoral research associate, Travis is currently pursuing the development of small molecule libraries of unnatural derivatives of natural products for screening against cancer-related pathways. Additionally, he is interested in utilizing screening libraries composed of members encompassing a wide degree of chemical space for the exploration of novel cancer-related pathways. In his free time, Travis enjoys playing guitar, reading, and watching sports.
